The teen years are when kids need a real outlet — something more substantial than a screen, more structured than free time. Our Teens program gives them a serious discipline, a genuine community, and a place to build real identity outside of school and social media.
An hour where their phone is in a cubby and their full attention is on something physical and demanding.
Training partners who see them several times a week, working toward shared goals — the kind of belonging that's hard to find at 14.
Our coaches build relationships with teen students that extend beyond technique — discipline, respect, and accountability.
Live training against resisting partners means the self-defense skills they build are genuinely battle-tested, not theoretical.
