Authentic no-gi jiu jitsu & Muay Thai — about 15–20 minutes southeast via Railroad Canyon Rd from Canyon Lake. Your first class is free.
Claim Your Free ClassCanyon Lake is one of Southern California's most distinctive communities — a private, gated city built around a 525-acre man-made lake, where golf carts are transportation and neighbors actually know each other. It's a place that values community. That's exactly why Canyon Lake families fit so well on our mats: 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Murrieta runs on the same currency — belonging.
We're about 15–20 minutes southeast via Railroad Canyon Road, in Murrieta at 26305 Jefferson Ave, Suite M. Canyon Lake residents train here across every program: toddlers with their parents, kids building confidence, teens finding their crew, and adults discovering that jiu jitsu is the best thing they've done for themselves in years. Your first class is free — come see what the community beyond the gates feels like.
Gated-community life is wonderful, but it can also be insular — same streets, same faces, same routines. Our academy gives Canyon Lake residents something the lake can't: a second community built around growth. On our mats, you'll train with people from Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, and Lake Elsinore — expanding your circle while doing something genuinely challenging.
Parents in Canyon Lake especially appreciate the structure. With a smaller local population, youth activity options are limited — our age-specific kids' programs (2–4, 5–8, 9–12, 13–16) give Canyon Lake kids what team sports can't: individual attention, real self-defense skills, and confidence that shows up at school. And for adults, the evening classes are the perfect counterweight to lake-life leisure — hard training, great people, fifteen minutes from your garage.
Exit the gates onto Railroad Canyon Road heading southeast, connect toward Murrieta, and find us at 26305 Jefferson Ave, Suite M — about 15–20 minutes depending on which side of the lake you're on. Easy surface streets, no freeway required if you don't want it.
Toddlers (2–4) parent-and-me, Littles (5–8), Juniors (9–12), and Teens (13–16) — four programs engineered for each developmental stage. Adults: no-gi jiu jitsu (the full 10th Planet system) and Muay Thai kickboxing. Train one or both; many Canyon Lake students do both.
Life inside the gates is comfortable — that's the point. But comfort without challenge goes stale, and Canyon Lake residents know it. Jiu jitsu is the antidote: every class presents problems you can't solve with money or status, only with technique, patience, and grit. It's humbling in the best way, and our Canyon Lake students consistently say it's the most rewarding thing they do all week.
For kids growing up in the community, the benefits compound. Canyon Lake is a wonderful place to be a kid, but a small one — our academy expands their world with teammates from five cities, coaches who mentor them, and a skill set that builds genuine self-reliance. Golf carts are great transportation; knowing you can handle yourself is better.

Excellent — especially given limited local youth options. Our age-specific programs build real skills, anti-bullying confidence, and friendships beyond the gates.
That's our specialty. Most adult students began with zero experience, and your first class is free. Our coaches are experts with day-one beginners.
Yes — our adult Muay Thai program runs alongside jiu jitsu, and training both under one roof is one of the biggest advantages of our academy.
