None at all. Most of our students start with zero martial arts background. Your free trial is beginner-friendly, and our coaches guide you through every step.
We're a no-gi academy, so there's no uniform to buy. Wear a t-shirt or rash guard and shorts or leggings with no pockets or zippers, and bring water.
