At age 2 to 4, your child isn't ready for a traditional class — and they shouldn't be. Our Toddlers program is parent-and-me by design: you're on the mat with your child the entire time, turning jiu jitsu into shared playtime with real developmental benefits underneath it.
Rolling, balance games, and guided movement build coordination and body awareness at exactly the age it matters most.
This is parent participation — you're not dropping off and leaving. You're down there with them, building the bond and the habit together.
30 focused, phone-free minutes of pure connection. No tablets, no distractions — just you and your toddler, moving and playing together.
No pressure, no expectations of 'doing it right.' Just a safe, structured environment where your toddler can explore movement for the very first time.
